Only the information we need

The enquiry form collects the name, company or brand, phone or email, service interest and project description that you choose to provide.

For security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, the server may temporarily process IP addresses and request logs. Rate-limit identifiers are stored as salted hashes and are not used to identify visitors.

We use enquiry information to understand the project, contact you and arrange follow-up discussions. Technical logs are used only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Anonymous page-view and inquiry-event totals are recorded without cookies or fingerprinting.

We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing without providing further notice and obtaining any consent required by law.

We retain information for a reasonable period needed to complete communication, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes, with appropriate access controls.

We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties except for necessary hosting or email services, or where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority. Service providers may process information only to perform the relevant service.
